Our policy allows for returns on merchandise up to 30 days from the original purchase date.

We are not responsible for the cost of shipping on returned items unless the order was incorrect on our behalf.
International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges due the unpredictable nature of local and international customs.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
All orders ask to allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Most of the time we get items out much faster but sometimes we have an influx of orders come in all at once and the process will take a little longer.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If the order has not been dispatch, you may cancel.
WHAT IF I HAVE PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
If you package arrives damaged, all damages MUST be reported within 14 days of the delivery.
